How can I connect to the Wi-Fi?
All information regarding Wi-Fi is available at the front desk upon your arrival.
Are there usage restrictions that guests should know?
The Wi-Fi should be used primarily for work-related and personal internet.
What should guests do if they experience connectivity issues?
In case of any connectivity issues, the front desk would be happy to help. Just give us a call!
How often is housekeeping provided during a guest's stay?
Housekeeping is provided every day and services rooms from 10 AM - 3 PM.
Can guests opt out of housekeeping services?
Guests can only opt out of housekeeping one day of their stay to ensure the utmost service and cleanliness during your stay.
What's the process for requesting additional housekeeping?
Please call reception for any additional housekeeping needs.
Is there a fitness center at the resort?
We do not have a fitness center on-site, but there are nearby gyms and fitness centers. Our front desk can provide recommendations. Nearby options include:
What's to do in an emergency?
Call 911 or call the emergency number on the front door of the office.
Are there any local emergency services (hospital, urgent care) you recommend?
Urgent Care Wildwood or Cooper Cape Regional Hospital, exit 10 on the Garden State Parkway.
Do you have staff trained in first aid/CPR on premises?
No, our staff are not required to be CPR certified.
