We have been coming to Wildwood for over 30 years and coming to the Paradise Ocean Resort for many years! Our visit is always excellent the Resort is always super clean as well as the rooms! First stay at the paradise Oceanfront Resort. Staff, is very polite, helpful and keeps you update on things going on. I like their text message system if you need additional towels or need assistance. Motel, pool area and decks are very clean and well maintained. 2 BBQ's and tables for guest who want to do some cooking and eat outside.. I stayed in a C- 1 Bedroom Efficiency Suite. Sofa is comfortable, table, dresser, kitchen when you walk in. Ceiling fans in both rooms, Nice bathroom and they give you soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. Nice bedroom and very comfortable beds. The only thing I did not like, was the wood blinds. Very bright in the morning. I want a nice dark room when I am on vacation. This marks our 43rd year of visiting, and it’s safe to say that our experience only improves with each passing year. The hotel consistently introduces new updates that enhance our comfort and convenience. Not only is the hotel beautifully renovated, but we also feel a sense of security here, which is an added bonus. May he RIP. The new owners took it over and have done a wonderful job remodeling the rooms to make them more modern and new. I had contact with the two days I was there with Mike and Kelly, who are very nice. The hotel was family-oriented, which they strive for. Always clean. The cleaning staff was so nice and gave me whatever I needed to help make my stay even more comfortable. It's an oceanfront hotel. You walk and see the ocean from your rooms. It's about a 6 min drive to the boardwalk and restaurants. I stayed at Paradise Resort in Wildwood Crest over Memorial Day Weekend, and I had a wonderful experience. I usually stay at the sister property, the Crusader Resort, but this year I decided to join the rest of my family at Paradise, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. Kelly at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and made a great first impression. Michael at the front desk was also very helpful throughout my stay and always willing to assist with any questions. A special thank you to Theresa from housekeeping. Every morning she came by with fresh towels and greeted me with a smile. Her kindness and positive attitude truly stood out and helped make my stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the friendliness of the entire staff. Whether I was walking around the property, heading to my room, or enjoying the grounds, staff members always greeted me with a smile and a hello. That kind of hospitality makes a big difference and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay at Paradise just as much as I have always enjoyed my stays at the Crusader. It is clear that both properties take pride in providing excellent customer service and making guests feel at home. Thank you to the entire Paradise team for a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend stay. The location is so very nice with direct beach access. The pool and surrounding areas are clean and beautiful. The view from the room was beautiful!! The rooms have laminate flooring, the beds are comfortable, nice table, chairs, sofa, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The staff was very nice and kept the place so clean. The guests were from diverse backgrounds, and all very friendly. My grandson met some new friends and he had a blast. I really like the beach volley ball area behind the hotel. Some played volleyball and some kickball, but they all had fun!! I have put down a deposit for next year, and I am looking forward to it already !!Load more
